We run the whole scope under one contract: demo, framing, licensed plumbing and electrical subs, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, paint and final punch list. One number, one schedule, one person to call.
What we take on
Kitchen and bathroom renovation, flooring throughout, interior repaints, feature and accent walls, drywall and texture, door and trim replacement, garage conversions, room additions to existing slab, exterior siding and paint, concrete and covered structures. Residential and small commercial — retail build-outs, office refreshes and rental turnovers.
How the quote works
The on-site visit is free and there's no fee, deposit or obligation attached to it. What you get is an itemized written quote with labor and materials broken out separately for every line, which means you can compare it against any other bid line for line, and you can cut scope intelligently if the total is over your budget rather than guessing at what to drop.
Payment and warranty
50% at start to schedule the crew and buy materials, balance on completion. Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty — if something isn't right after we leave, you call the same number and we come back.
Austin specifics
Austin work is run by our Central Texas crew, not driven over from Houston. The building stock splits sharply: older East and Central Austin bungalows with pier-and-beam foundations, original wood windows and knob-and-tube legacy wiring, versus newer suburban construction north and east. Austin also requires contractor registration through Building and Trade Contractor Services before permits are pulled, and historic-district properties carry additional review — we'll tell you at the estimate which applies to your address.
